Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. Use your credit card only through the website.
How 'bout cash or check?
Yes. Tickets may be purchased with cash or checks only at: Flowers By Candle-Lite (in the Foodtown/Rattle Snake Ranch Cafe shopping plaza, Denville, NJ - 973-625-0010).
Can I reserve tickets?
We cannot hold tickets in reserve without payment. We strongly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance.
When a show is 'Sold Out,' is it really sold out? Can I get tickets at the door? Do you release tickets when other people don't show up?
Sorry, no to all. When a show is 'Sold Out,' it really is sold out. At the time of the performance we do not release tickets at the door and we can't respond to individual cases. Sign up for our email list here and you will get advanced notice on our performances. Get tickets well in advance; most of our shows sell out!
What does "Will Call" mean?
This means that the purchaser has paid for, but has not received their tickets and 'will call' for them. Tickets purchased online will be waiting for you at our Will Call Booth before the doors open (and after the show begins). The person who purchased the tickets (name provided to our online service) must be the person who claims the tickets (unless the tickets have been transferred - see below). We cannot release the tickets without a picture ID.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. We cannot offer a refund for inclement weather.
I bought tickets online, but now I can't come to the show. Can I get a refund then?
No, sorry, no refunds.
Okay, but can I put them in my friend's name?
Of course, but it has to be done in advance. Call - 973-714-5351, or email - gphilhower@verizon.net.
PARKING
Where can I park?
There is always enough parking for the concerts, but parking is of a premium in the town of Mt Tabor. You must follow the directions of our parking staff. They are very courteous and helpful, so please be patient when there's a rush of cars at the same time. Arrive early. We'll get you in.
SHOWS
What time does the show start?
Exactly 1/2 hour after the doors open ... and our doors always open on time! Please see the Next Show page for the start of each show.
Can you describe the seating?
Yes. The seating is general admission. There seats for all 375 ticketholders. The bulk of the seating is 'church pew' style (see About Us). Bring a cushion if you'd like. There are folding chairs for the remainder of the seating.
Are you handicap accessible?
The Tabernacle is a historical space and therefore not classified as a handicap accessible facility. However, we will personally accommodate you. Please call in advance to discuss your particular needs.
Is the show for all ages?
All Tabernacle shows are suitable for all ages.
Is there a dress code?
There is no particular dress code, though shoes, of course. And please gentlemen, no tank tops or cutoffs.
ARTISTS

We are always on the lookout for solo artists and bands on tour. Many factors determine who we can book, so please feel free to suggest through - concerts@atthetabernacle.com
My band is great and we're going to be in the area. Can we get a gig At The Tabernacle?
Send an e-mail to gphilhower@verizon.net. Tabernacle headliners are predominantly national acts. Most of our opening acts are well known recording artists in their own right, i.e. John Sebastian, Danny O'Keefe, Lucy Kaplanski, etc.
EATING
Are you a restaurant - do you have a bar?
No. However, there are restaurants near by. Come early. We recommend you have a fine dinner at The Rattlesnake Ranch right down the hill. Leave your car in their lot, walk up and after the show, treat yourself to a late night snack or libation. The Tabor Road Tavern is also nearby, about three miles away.
